Francisco Gonzalez Camacho is a Spanish visual artist currently living and working in Finland. His artistic practice is rooted in a process-driven approach that combines photography and printmaking, with Nordic nature as a central theme. Guided by intuitive exploration, his work examines materiality, migration, and the relationship between people and the landscape.
He has presented numerous solo and group exhibitions around the world, including at the Griffin Museum of Photography (USA), the United Nations University (Japan), InCadaqués Photo Festival (Spain), Saatchi Gallery (UK), the Finnish Museum of Photography (Finland), and the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts (Japan). His notable achievements include winning the LensCulture Black & White Photography Awards and the Life Framer Series Award, being shortlisted for the Sony World Photography Awards, and being selected as a finalist in the Paris Photo Carte Blanche Students programme.
His works are held in collections including the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Art (Japan), the Griffin Museum of Photography (USA), Candela Gallery (USA), the Museum of Avant-Garden (Italy), and the Amedeo Modigliani Foundation (Italy).
