How will my order be shipped?
We use the shipping partners provided by Shipit Oy Ab.
Smaller artworks are delivered to a pickup point, while larger pieces are delivered directly to your door.
All oversized works are always delivered with home delivery.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All artworks are shipped from the Gumbostrand Konst & Form Gallery in Söderkulla, Finland.
Can I order artwork for international delivery?
Yes, we deliver artworks within Finland and EU. For other countries please contact the Gallery.
Is my purchase subject to VAT?
We apply the margin scheme to art sales, meaning the artwork does not include deductible VAT (VAT Act §79c).
Alternatively, if we sell the artwork on behalf of the artist, the piece may include 13,5 % VAT (within Finland) if the artist is VAT‑registered. Within EU the VAT % changes depending on the country the order is shipped to.
Exceptions apply to works such as photographs when the edition exceeds 30 copies — in these cases the price includes 25,5% VAT (within Finland). Within EU the VAT % changes depending on the country the order is shipped to.
Can I see the artwork before purchasing?
Absolutely. You are always welcome to view the artwork at our gallery in Söderkulla.
You may book a private viewing or visit during our regular opening hours.
Can the authenticity of the works be verified?
Yes. All artists we represent are personally known to us, and we can provide a certificate of authenticity upon request.
Can I pay by instalments?
Yes. Within Finland we offer OP Invoice, a secure and reliable payment method provided by OP. You will receive the invoice by mail and have at least 30 days to pay. You can pay the full amount at once or in flexible instalments. The minimum instalment is €50.

Can I return an artwork?

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 2–6 days within Finland, 4-14 days within EU, depending on the size of the artwork and the delivery method.
