You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, fill in the form below. In the message field, include:
1. Your order number
2. A reason for cancellation (e.g. ordered the wrong item, changed my mind, other)
We will confirm your cancellation by email within approx. 3 business days.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are on the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, packed similar to the original packing.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
